Any word on this? Are the pilots just going to be faceless cyphers unique to Valkyrie or will they be creatable entities like the traditional EVE experience and/or ported over mains and alts from the original EVE game?

I will happily shell out for a Rift because the whole point of Valkyrie is to deliver a truly "next level" immersive experience. Without the Rift it's just another starfighter sim, albeit one with a pretty impressive pedigree.

Regarding the different types of agent missions, I've come to understand that "event" missions tend to give you better standing results per faction that the usual ones, but what about the "epic arc" missions? Benefits of? Worth running?
